Before we can take treatments to our children, we need to develop a Natural History for MCHS. A Natural History creates baseline scientific measures that ensure the effects of a future treatments can be accurately measured. This is an absolutely critical piece of the process that is required for clinical trial readiness.

The MEF2C Foundation, in partnership with the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), is thrilled to announce the launch of Pathways To Hope For MEF2C Haploinsufficiency Syndrome, a multi-year program aimed at developing therapeutics specifically targeting MEF2C Haploinsufficiency Syndrome (MCHS)
